entrustIT upgrade Articad Online to V19

The advanced characteristics of our Hosted Applications service enabled Articad to obtain better graphical and rendering performance from a cloud based solution than could be guaranteed at a user site unless wholesale hardware upgrade took place at the same time.

Articad Online provides 3D rendering and walk-through for a Kitchen or Bathroom design with the ability to rotate any image through 360 degrees and even adjust the lighting settings to simulate different times of day. All of this is highly processor intensive so it was hugely satisfying to achieve better results than in on-premise tests at a customer site.

Deployment requires only the installation of a small piece of client software and some centralised configuration and then support and maintenance can be handled by the combined entrustIT/Articad team.
